One of the promises we made when we launched GME Compass was that this community would never be built by one or two people. It would be built by GME professionals, for GME professionals.

We are excited to take that next step!

Applications are now open for the inaugural GME Compass Board of Directors.

We're looking for passionate leaders, innovative thinkers, experienced professionals, and emerging voices who believe in strengthening Graduate Medical Education through collaboration, education, leadership, and service.

Whether your passion is professional development, research, technology, advocacy, community engagement, marketing, well-being, or representing the experiences of residency and fellowship programs, there is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
